    Unfortunately, our rental agreement had been switched around on us so we called to end our storage period on the 5th of November. They require one calendar month advance notice and we were charged until Dec 31st for the storage unit. The lack of flexibility was disappointing, and it cost us quite a bit of money.

    We rented a large container unit with 24/7 access, which was nice.
